You confirm the ride and suddenly maybe your plane is canceled for some reason then your payment will be fully refunded with In 3 to 4 working days in your account...

If your cancellations before 15 days before or no cancellation charges will be deducted from your booking amount.

If your ride is canceled between 15-7 days, 50% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees

If your ride is canceled before 7 days, 100% of the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fees

In the event of ‘No show’, No refund will be made under any circumstances.
